  About The Role
  
  Join Origin's innovative startup venture, Kinergy, as the Strategy & Client Solutions Manager to drive international growth through strategic business model development and client relationship management.
  
  In this role, you'll help expand Kinergy internationally by creating scalable energy flexibility (VPP) solutions and building relationships with global clients. You'll work alongside our Head of Commercial Strategy and Client Solutions, adding value for customers and drive the optimisation of global energy markets. This position is key to our goal of building a globally leading presence in the energy flexibility market. Regular international travel will be required. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead sales pitches, RFP responses, investment cases and commercial proposals for clients across multiple target regions.
  • Lead client contract negotiations and ensure optimal commercial outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops to develop and design trial structures, solutions, and programs aligned with client needs and use cases.
  • Foster and operationalise strong relationships with and act as the main point of contact for signed international clients, delivering client success and product performance.
  • Develop the strategy and business model for Kinergy, evaluate new market opportunities, potential partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Conduct market research and pricing analysis across multiple target regions.
    
    
  About You
  
  You will be energised by the idea of creating value for Kinergy's clients in global energy markets. With a track record in the energy sector, whether retail, wholesale, or network management. You will know how to work with major business customers and stakeholders to deliver impact. You will also be able to demonstrate:
  • A degree in Commerce, Economics, Business, or Engineering.
  • Proven success in client-facing sales or business development with large, complex organisations or tech products.
  • Sharp commercial acumen and a strategic mindset to drive growth.
  • The ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • A self-starter attitude, solving complex problems with confidence.
  • Exceptional communication skills that inspire action.
  • The agility to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and travel internationally.
