To excel in this role, you must be a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver day-to-day client solutions through proactive communication.
Core Responsibilities- You will develop a thorough understanding of your clients' businesses, industries, and competitive landscapes by conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in managing end-to-end production workflows across digital, social, print, and integrated campaigns while ensuring accurate and timely delivery of project components.
- Build strong relationships with clients through consistent and proactive delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, prioritizing responsibilities to meet project requirements.
- Maintain the weekly Work in Progress (WIP) report and coordinate client meetings, including logistics such as catering and parking.
- Problem-solve and collaborate with internal teams, communicating effectively with clients and agency staff.
- Support the Senior Account Director and day-to-day managers with weekly account management tasks.
- Align personal development goals with agency pathways, working with leaders to identify opportunities for growth and professional development.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by sharing ideas and insights.
- Adhere to agency systems and procedures, ensuring seamless workflow integration.
- Be responsible for asset management, dispatch tracking, and filing.
- Degree in marketing, communications, or similar field (preferred).
- Some experience in marketing, advertising, or client service (a bonus).
- Comfortable working with multiple tasks and deadlines.
