Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to be the backbone of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers as their primary point of contact
  • Address customer needs and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Manage multiple projects to ensure smooth invoicing, paperwork, and logistics
  • Resolve customer conflicts effectively and suggest actions to improve sales and identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to regulations
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years in customer service or project management
  • Working knowledge of logistics or freight forwarding is beneficial
  • Expertise in MS Office
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Highly motivated, committed, and self-disciplined individual
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
