**You & your new role**:

- Lead and support end-to-end sourcing activities (RFx) which are accurate, considered and timely.
- Assist in the drive and influence of sourcing strategies which deliver benefits to the enterprise (Contract Management).
- Support supplier contract activities (reviewing, drafting, negotiating, supplier due diligence etc).
- Manage and monitor assigned contracts to ensure appropriate strategies are in place well before expiry.
- Proactive review of expenditure through dynamic analysis of cost structures, supplier research, market indicators and expenditure opportunities (Stakeholder Advocacy).
- Build highly functioning working relationships with relevant business stakeholders and strategic suppliers - Enable business stakeholders by providing sound commercial advice and optimal sourcing solutions (Process improvement).
- Identify and deliver continuous sourcing process improvements and simplification. (Risk and compliance).
- Pro-actively manage risk by ensuring a risk and compliance lens is always applied to sourcing arrangements (Teamwork and self-development).

**Day to day you will**:

- Alongside Procurement and Supply Chain Sourcing experience;
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills. A track record of building rapport and credibility quickly with operational and senior stakeholders
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and can navigate through complex environments.

- Data and quantitative analysis
- Track record of adding value in high performing environment

**We are looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You will need**:

- At least 3+ years’ experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Sourcing role or similar.
- A Business/Commercial degree or Procurement diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Procurement and/or contract management gained within a technical/commercial or other relevant environment
- Understanding of Category Management, Strategic Sourcing and Negotiation models and approaches.
- End-to-end sourcing.
- Contract management.
- Proven ability to identify and deliver total cost reduction and efficiency opportunities.
- Supply base management and strong communication skills.
- Experience in strategic sourcing and developing commercial arrangements and capture of outcomes in contract documentation
