AIM Therapy is a company passionate about improving the lives of kids A multidisciplinary team of over 45 therapists and professionals (OT's, Speechies, Psychs and Physios), we provide both individual and group therapy services to children all across Perth.

We are on the lookout for new graduates who are looking to embark on a career in paediatrics You will join our friendly Canning Vale team where you will feel instantly at home with a supportive family feel.

  • You would join our team in our beautiful Canning Vale premises.
  • If you are a senior, your highly valued skills and knowledge benefit not only your own caseload, but provide supervision to our passionate junior team, in achieving clinical goals.
  • As a senior you will have leadership opportunities including supporting the team, student supervision, research and development projects, presentations to the team and feedback for process improvement
  • Our team comprises of a Junior and Senior team, Team Leads for each discipline and Clinical Coordinators for each premises.
  • You will learn highly valuable skills and knowledge from our Clinicians, Seniors, Team Leaders and Clinical Coordinators
  • You will have excellent Professional Development opportunities
  • Therapy rooms include a wide range of therapy resources such as swings, monkey bars and more
  • Our admin team take care of all invoicing and bookings which enables you to focus on your clients as well as your own professional development.
