Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager Legal & Governance Operations to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. This position is responsible for designing and delivering the Legal & Governance Operations function, including the design and execution of the Legal Operations Roadmap to optimize the provision of legal services.

The role involves partnering with senior stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans, supporting the General Counsel in delivering key initiatives, and driving process improvements through data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining metrics to measure progress against business plans and budgets.
  • Driving the implementation and embedding of strategic priorities and annual objectives aligned to our overall strategy.
  • Fostering a positive and engaging culture within the Legal function through effective planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Law or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Proven experience leading programs and projects driving organizational change and developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in change management and transformations, preferably using LEAN or Six Sigma methods.
  • Demonstrated successful experience in managing complex legal operations projects and cross-functional teams.
  • A deep understanding of legal processes, technology, and industry best practices.
  • Proven record of managing budgets and financial forecasts.
