This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Legal Practice Administration Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

You will manage the Legal Support and Facilities function, leading a team of approximately 30 direct reports. The role involves leadership, line management, talent development, performance monitoring, and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership of the Legal Support and Facilities functions
  • Line management of Legal Assistants, Administration Assistants, Facilities Coordinators, and Practice Management team members
  • Strategic planning and budgeting
  • Quality control and improvement

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience leading large teams, ideally in an office or practice manager position
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and commitment to operational excellence
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in a relevant field
