Dynamic Sales and Membership Professional

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Membership Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving new membership sales and creating meaningful experiences for existing community members.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in dynamic environments, have excellent relationship-building skills, and possess a natural approach to sales. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to increase occupancy across our locations by conducting sales tours and providing prospective members with tailored solutions.
This is a high-impact role that requires autonomy, initiative, and confidence. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Memberships Manager and Community Teams to hit sales targets and support the full member journey, from initial contact to thriving in our spaces.
