Job Description

The Member and Fan Services Officer will work in a team environment to provide exceptional customer service and support for members and supporters.

The role involves maximising membership sales, providing accurate information, resolving member complaints, and marketing membership products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise membership sales and provide accurate information via telephone, email, and front counter duties.
  • Resolve all member complaints in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all member requests are replied to and/or addressed on the same business day.
  • Market and sell club membership products as required.
  • Provide accurate venue and seating information.
  • Assist with outbound telephone campaigns.
  • Gather relevant data through all customer interactions.
  • Record all member sales, enquiries, and complaints effectively.
  • Data entry of Members details within the Membership Database.
  • Process and balance all membership sales.
  • Assist with projects relating to AFL, VFL, and AFLW.
