
Membership Sales and Community Builder

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as an Assistant Memberships Manager. In this key role, you will drive new member growth and create meaningful experiences for our community.
As the Assistant Memberships Manager, your primary focus will be on increasing occupancy by partnering with internal stakeholders, conducting sales tours, and helping prospective members find the right solution for their needs. You will own the full sales cycle from enquiry and tours through to proposals and successful onboarding.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving new membership sales and supporting member retention across multiple locations
- Owning the full sales cycle from initial contact through to proposal and onboarding
- Responding to new leads with professionalism and warmth
- Collaborating with internal teams to build and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Conducting engaging tours that match prospective members with the right spaces
- Building trusted relationships with members, brokers, and internal stakeholders
- Traveling across locations to support occupancy, tours, and events
- Maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM software
- Identifying opportunities to improve the sales process and contributing to team-wide projects
Requirements for success in this role include:
- At least 2 years' experience in sales, real estate, hospitality, or a membership-based environment
- Self-driven with the ability to operate independently
- Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
- Naturally solutions-focused and curious about people's needs
- Comfortable working towards targets and managing a sales pipeline
- Highly organized with great attention to detail and follow-through
