Are you passionate about footy, membership and sales? This is your chance to join a premier AFL team as Essendon Football Club (EFC) looks to appoint a Membership Sales Manager.

Essendon FC - "The Bombers" - are a professional sporting team in the Australian Football League. As home to 5 sporting teams, we run our AFL men's and women's programs, VFL women's and men's programs, and a wheelchair football team. But we're more than the game. **About the role**

As our Membership Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving outbound membership sales campaigns with the membership services and sales team, by assisting the Head of Membership in the development and implementation of our membership growth and retention strategy.

Working closely with the data and analytics team, you'll develop reporting tools to optimise the efficiency of outbound sales campaigns, driving outcomes to ensure the membership team meet required KPI's such as our official membership number and revenue being reached.
