Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-growth team as a Transport Operations Manager.

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing driver runs for a fleet of 40+ drivers and a small warehouse team, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.

A key aspect of this role will be planning and supervising daily deliveries, maintaining relationships with drivers and team members, and adapting to seasonal and project-related increases in volume.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar transport operations role, with skills in budget management, safety and compliance management, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar transport operations role
  • Demonstrated experience in fleet management and transport allocation
  • Strong awareness of safety and compliance management
  • Results-driven and seeking opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
