About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Customer Marketing Lead to join our team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering the WG&SA Customer Marketing strategy, driving commercial growth and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Deliver Customer Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement a comprehensive customer marketing plan that aligns with business objectives.
  2. Omnichannel Customer Engagement: Develop and execute omnichannel customer engagement strategies across physical and virtual channels to drive customer loyalty and advocacy.
  3. Category Development: Lead the development of category initiatives to drive sales, mix, and margin growth through effective data analysis and collaboration with key customers and stakeholders.
  4. Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of customer marketing professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer teams, to ensure seamless execution of customer marketing plans.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in customer marketing, with experience in developing and executing omnichannel customer engagement strategies.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights to inform customer marketing decisions.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership experience, with ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
