Global Product Marketing Lead/Manager role with a leading company in AU. This global position focuses on positioning Ignition as a category leader and driving product awareness and adoption to unlock new customer and revenue growth in core markets.

About the Role:

  • Partner closely with the product team to help drive product success.
  • Help shape the platform's positioning as it evolves.
  • Champion the voice of customers in product development and marketing.
  • Define product positioning and messaging.
  • Lead GTM strategy for new products, features, and industry verticals.
  • Ensure customers get the most value out of Ignition.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Track and surface key market, customer, and competitor insights.
  • Conduct customer research and analysis, creating buyer personas.
  • Develop compelling value propositions, positioning, and messaging.
  • Create product marketing collateral, including website pages, fact sheets, blogs, webinars, videos, decks, and more.
  • Develop and implement GTM strategies and campaigns for new product, feature, and integration launches.
  • Equip sales teams with sales cheat sheets or battlecards to best position and sell the product.
  • Drive continual product awareness, education, and adoption among prospects and customers.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or established tech.
  • Experience working in accounting or professional services software is preferred.
  • Proficiency in marketing tech, ideally Intercom, Hubspot, and Asana.
  • Growth mindset, customer empathy, storytelling ability, stakeholder management, and data-driven approach.
