Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in Dubbo, on a full-time or part-time basis, to provide O&M services for individuals with vision impairment.

As an expert Service Delivery Specialist, you will work closely with clients to develop, enhance, and maintain independence in their daily activities. You will plan and conduct individualized assessments, synthesize findings in written reports, and communicate results with clients, families, and case teams.

You will train clients in orientation and mobility techniques across various environments, monitor and evaluate their skills, and facilitate the development of independence and problem-solving in travel situations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, possess strong time management and organization abilities, and be willing to adapt to varying workloads and caseload demands.

Key Responsibilities:
