Job Description

As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling proposals and tenders that showcase our expertise. Your sharp writing skills and attention to detail will ensure that our submissions are of the highest quality.

The ideal candidate will have around 3+ years' experience in a bidding, marketing, communications or professional services role, with strong writing, proofing and editing skills. They will be highly organised, able to juggle multiple deadlines, and possess a proactive team-player attitude with great stakeholder skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft persuasive content for bids, tenders, proposals and presentations.
  • Develop case studies, CVs, project profiles and capability statements to showcase our firm's expertise.
  • Coordinate the production of fee proposals and submissions, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
  • Support research on clients and competitors to give proposals the winning edge.
  • Assist with publications and marketing collateral to boost brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Around 3+ years' experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong writing, proofing and editing skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
  • A proactive team-player attitude with great stakeholder skills.
  • Tech-savvy with advanced MS Office skills.
