About the Opportunity:

We're seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team and drive growth. This role offers the chance to work with a pioneering HR SaaS company and build a successful sales career in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be driven, motivated, and ready to take on outbound sales challenges.

Your Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new leads.
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team.
  • BUILD strong relationships with prospects and represent the value of our products.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records in our Salesforce platform.
