Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Lease Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating all stages of the lease documentation process.

The successful candidate will work in support of our retail leasing and centre management team, administering lease instructions from initiation to execution, ensuring accuracy and risk compliance is always maintained.

  • Maintain and update leasing templates and forms for all properties.
  • Instruct solicitors to prepare formal lease documents in a timely manner.
  • Prepare disclosure statements based on approved letters of offer and in accordance with the Retail Tenancy Act.
  • Coordinate reviews of draft documents with the leasing executive and centre manager.
  • Compile comments on draft documents and advise solicitors to update accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the leasing executive and centre manager to send final draft documents to tenants.
  • Liaise with solicitors on Landgate registration and SAT approvals.
  • Distribute fully executed lease documents to tenants and file accordingly.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the retail property industry.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Knowledge of the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Act.
