Leasing Assistant Role

The successful candidate will report to the Leasing Manager, Suburban Shopping Centres, and provide administration support to the suburban shopping centre leasing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Letters of Offer as per Leasing Executive instructions.
  • Collate attachments for LOO (TLP, TIF etc.) and check details prior to issue.
  • On receipt of signed LOOs, prepare Lease Analysis templates, check figures for passing, budget, and reforecast and send to Leasing Exec / Finance for review.
  • Check LOO attachments such as Form 2, A&L have been completed prior to submitting deals for approval.
  • Assist with drafting/reviewing CC papers as per Leasing Exec instructions.
  • Assist Lease Administrator in company searches, storage licenses, Tenant follow-ups as required.
  • Assist Leasing/PMs to follow up signed Disclosure Statements, Bank guarantees', insurances, fees as required.

Qualifications Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a team administration environment.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience with the ability to quickly learn new systems with training.
  • Exposure to the real estate industry highly regarded.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Well-developed planning and organisation skills including the ability to effectively prioritise and manage deadlines whilst delivering accurate and quality work.
  • Well-developed conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities.
  • Must be a team player, with the ability to support and motivate colleagues where required.
