As a seasoned contracts specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our construction projects. We are seeking an experienced professional to contribute their skills and expertise to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and submitting progress claims for all projects
  • Developing procurement strategies to achieve construction goals
  • Negotiating and administering subcontract agreements and purchase orders
  • Collaborating with site supervisors to identify variations and additional scope of work
  • Monitoring daily costs and preparing project cost reports for management

We require a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and analytical skills. A degree in construction management is preferred but not essential.
