Job Role Overview:

A Contracts Administrator with a focus on commercial build projects is sought after to join our organization. The role will involve the preparation and management of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules.

  • Preparing detailed documents for subcontractors including scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules
  • Collaborating closely with the procurement team to ensure smooth project execution
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders to drive project progress and outcomes
  • Assisting in claim processing and external variations
  • Reviewing and finalizing subcontracts to ensure compliance with company policies and standards
  • Tracking and managing project expenditure, including subcontractor claims
  • Administering RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants to maintain effective communication
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working as a CA or Senior CA on commercial or multi-residential projects
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects valued at over $50 million
  • Ability to support and train junior colleagues
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in managing subcontractors, programming, supervision, and contracts administration
  • Effective negotiation skills to implement contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
