We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Specialist to join our management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, review, negotiate, and finalise cleaning service contracts and variations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, amendments, renewals, and associated documentation in accordance with company and legal requirements.
  • Communicate contract obligations, service level agreements (SLAs), and compliance requirements clearly to stakeholders.
  • Respond to enquiries and resolve issues related to contractual terms, service delivery, and performance standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each contract and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Liaise with operational supervisors and team leaders to ensure contract requirements are met on-site.
  • Prepare and coordinate tender submissions, proposals, and quotations for new cleaning service opportunities.
  • Provide advice to executive management on contractual matters and implement management directives accordingly.
  • Supervise contractor and subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with scope, quality, and safety requirements, documenting any variations.

Successful candidates will possess a strong understanding of negotiation principles, cost control, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems is also highly desirable.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Project Management, Business, Commerce, Management, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in contract administration, procurement, or commercial project support, preferably within the cleaning, facilities management, or service industries.
