Senior Contracts Specialist

Job Description:

Experienced Senior Contracts Specialists are required to manage and administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale multi-residential developments, providing exceptional contract administration services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
  • Collaborate with the procurement team
  • Engage with internal project stakeholders
  • Assist with progress claims and external variations
  • Review, negotiate, and finalize subcontracts
  • Manage and track project expenditure, including subcontractor claims
  • Administer RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator or equivalent on commercial or multi-residential projects
  • Experience working on projects valued at least $50M
  • Willingness to support and mentor junior CAs
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Experience managing subcontractors, including programming, supervision, and contracts administration
  • Strong negotiation skills to manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of construction law and regulations

Familiarity with industry-standard software and systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent problem-solving skills

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
