Product Development

As a key member of our GenAI team, you will contribute to defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our GenAI products, ensuring alignment with Lendi Group's strategic objectives. You will collaborate with Data Science, Data, Technology, and Product teams to develop AI-powered solutions, including agentic systems, predictive models, and personalisation engines.

You will gather and prioritise product requirements, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure products meet customer and broker needs and business goals. This will involve engaging with key stakeholders across various business units to gather insights, communicate progress, and ensure alignment with business priorities.

Additionally, you will facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive the development and adoption of GenAI products, ensuring a seamless integration into existing workflows and systems.

Market and User Research

You will conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products in the GenAI space. You will also support and participate in user research activities to understand customer pain points, behaviours and needs and utilise these insights to identify and prioritise opportunities for AI-driven innovation.

Agile Project Management

You will manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality GenAI products. You will develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation that are aligned to an Agile delivery approach.

You will track and report on product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to iterate and improve products.

Customer-Centric Focus

You will champion the voice of the customer and broker in all product decisions, ensuring that GenAI products deliver value and enhance the overall user experience. You will develop clear and compelling product messaging that resonates with both internal and external customers.

Continuous Learning and Improvement

You will stay current with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and product management practices. You will participate in ongoing training and professional development to continuously improve skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or AI-driven environment.
    • Demonstrated understanding of AI, machine learning, and data-driven product development processes.
    • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing product lifecycles from concept to launch.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data and AI concepts into actionable product strategies.
    • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in agile project management tools and methodologies including Atlassian suite.
    • Familiarity with data platforms, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
