Accelerate AI Innovation at Atlassian

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our AI team in Sydney. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you'll work closely with AI teams across Atlassian to develop, mature, and scale AI interaction patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality AI experiences that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with AI teams to identify opportunities for AI innovation and develop strategies for implementation.
  • Elevate our bar for craft in software interfaces within AI and in collaboration with Atlassian Design Systems (ADS).
  • Measure success with qualitative and quantitative methods.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product design experience designing complex or enterprise-level software.
  • Passion for storytelling and the ability to bring design direction to life with compelling narrative.
  • Experience balancing customer needs with business goals, market viability, and technical feasibility.
  • Experience in design systems and the ability to identify common components required to support a wide array of customer use cases.
