About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered solutions for Jira Service Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, AI innovation, and ITSM or ESM industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop product strategy and roadmap for agent productivity powered by AI in JSM
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across the business, including Cloud Platform team and other Product Managers in JSM
  • Set clear goals, make decisions, and communicate effectively to team, leaders, customers, and partners
  • Ship ideas from start to finish, while adapting to changing market conditions
  • Run early access and beta programs to validate hypotheses and gather customer insights

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of Product Management experience at a fast-growing, product-led software company, preferably in Enterprise SaaS
  • BE/BS/BA with emphasis in Software Engineering or Design (MBA is preferable)
  • Deep domain experience in ITSM or ESM industry, with at least 3 years of service management experience
  • Strong experience in building and shipping AI products in ITSM or ESM space
  • Prior success in breaking down big problem spaces, setting product vision, and leading teams
