About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our Neural Search capabilities. As a key member of our Search team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the long-term vision for our AI-powered search engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement new Neural Search capabilities
  • Contribute to the vision, planning, and execution of our Search product
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other product managers to deliver APIs and user interfaces that satisfy customer needs
  • Build and nurture an agile and innovative product culture within the team
  • Use analytical and quantitative skills to manage the business 'by the numbers'
  • Understand the evolving competitive landscape and identify potential strategic partnerships
  • Organize in-person customer research to gain real-world insights
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in product management building developer-first products
  • Experience in building and launching AI products
  • Data analysis expertise
  • Metric-driven
  • Demonstrated success in shipping and iterating on products within an agile environment
  • Ability to work with engineering, design, product marketing, GTM sales, and customer support
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
