Product Development

As a key member of our GenAI product development team, you will play a crucial role in defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our GenAI products. You will work closely with our Data Science, Data, Technology, and Product teams to develop AI-powered solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of AI-powered solutions, including agentic systems, predictive models, and personalisation engines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritise product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure products meet customer and broker needs and business goals.
Stakeholder Management

You will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders across various business units to gather insights, communicate progress, and ensure alignment with business priorities. You will also maintain a continuous discovery and feedback loop to refine product requirements, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of customers, brokers, and the business.

Market and User Research

You will conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products in the GenAI space. You will also support and participate in user research activities to understand customer pain points, behaviours, and needs.

Vendor Engagement

You will support vendor assessments against business, technical, and commercial requirements. You will also support vendor engagements and supplier on-boarding processes.

Agile Project Management

You will manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality GenAI products. You will develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Data and AI Integration

You will work closely with the Data and Product teams to ensure seamless integration of GenAI products with Lendi's architecture and AI strategy. You will also assist in identifying and prioritising data sources, tools, and technologies necessary for developing and scaling GenAI products.

Customer-Centric Focus
