About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our AI team in Sydney. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality experiences that harness the potential of emerging AI technologies.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and mature AI interaction patterns across our product portfolio. Your expertise will be essential in defining and scaling AI experiences that deliver best-in-class results for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop AI-powered software patterns that increase capabilities and user engagement
  • Collaborate with AI teams to develop, mature, and scale AI interaction patterns
  • Elevate our bar for craft in software interfaces within AI and in collaboration with Atlassian Design Systems (ADS)
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product design experience designing complex or enterprise-level software
  • Passion for storytelling and ability to bring design direction to life with compelling narrative
  • Experience balancing customer needs with business goals, market viability, and technical feasibility
  • Experience in design systems and ability to identify common components required to support a wide array of customer use cases
