Job Overview

The Trade Repair Production Clerk will work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, providing opportunities for growth through ongoing mentoring and learning.

  • Perform a mix of administrative tasks, including work order generation, reconciliations, call-in and call-out of equipment, and assistance with operational planning.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of locally assigned product schedules.
  • Liaise closely with customers and the Product Management Team to manage product schedules, service delivery, and customer requirements.
  • Contribute positively to customer needs assessment and strategy development.
  • Support tradespersons via performance of work order management and data entry tasks within information systems.

Applicants must have previous proven administrative experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office software, and possess excellent communication skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and reports is essential.
