About the Role

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will oversee the maintenance and operation of building infrastructure and services across multiple sites in North Victoria. You will ensure each site remains functional, safe and compliant with relevant regulations.

This role reports to the Building Services Manager and is located at Benalla or Wodonga, Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple sites in North Victoria, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, safety and contractor management.
  • Identify and resolve maintenance issues, maintaining a proactive approach to facility management.
  • Coordinate and track preventative maintenance, ensuring timely completion of operational requests and efficient maintenance processes.
  • Manage WHS compliance process for contractors.
  • Ensure performance meets defined processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) timeframes.
  • Engage stakeholders through effective communication and share insights to improve team performance.
  • Process invoices and manage allocated budgets.
  • Drive a culture of care, curiosity and connection, fostering employee feedback through a "Listen, Learn, and Act" approach.
  • Support innovation and adaptability in the digital landscape, contributing to the growth of the network and the energy transition.
What We Like:

  • Highly regarded local community engagement experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret workplace architectural and engineering drawings.
  • A strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, a strong ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to customer service.
  • Experience using SAP desirable although not essential.
  • Current Victorian Driving License required for travel to sites.
