We are seeking an ambitious individual to fill the role of Service Coordinator within our Wodonga branch. This position requires exceptional customer service skills and mechanical trade knowledge.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will report directly to the Branch Manager and be responsible for managing work schedules, providing technical information, creating quotations, and ensuring accurate invoicing. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this position.

  • Coordinate and schedule work in progress efficiently
  • Provide timely and accurate information for new machine build-ups
  • Generate quotations based on inspection work
  • Ensure pricing and product details are clear on invoices
  • Liaise effectively with other departments to deliver solutions

As a Service Coordinator, you will leverage your mechanical trade background to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining outstanding organizational skills. To succeed in this role, you will require:
