Building Operations Manager

As a Building Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of building infrastructure and services across multiple sites in North Victoria.
You will ensure that each site remains functional, safe, and compliant with all relevant regulations. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and strong communication skills, as you will be the first point of contact for managing the workplace environment.
This position requires identifying and resolving maintenance issues, coordinating and tracking preventative maintenance, and managing WHS compliance processes for contractors.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Facility Services or a trade background, highly regarded local community engagement experience, and the ability to read and interpret workplace architectural and engineering drawings.
A strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering quality outcomes is essential, along with outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
