We seek a strategic leader to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising, communication, and developmental strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic plan to achieve fundraising goals.
  • Manage a team and oversee donor relationships.
  • Design and execute effective communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in fundraising.
  • Proven track record in major gifts, planned-giving, and campaign management.
  • Experience in donor relationship management, media relations, marketing, or communication software.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as communications, public relations, or marketing.
  • CFRE certification is an asset.
