Senior Philanthropy DirectorDescription:
- The Senior Philanthropy Director plays a pivotal role in strategizing and implementing donor engagement initiatives, including cultivating and soliciting significant contributions for the organization.
- This involves building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, developing and executing tailored approaches to support the organization's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver donor cultivation strategies to align with the organization's objectives.
- Manage a portfolio of major donors and prospects who contribute significantly to the organization's growth.
- Engage donors with compelling giving propositions that resonate with the organization's goals and values.
- Maintain accurate donor records and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Promote the organization as a trusted partner in philanthropy and contribute to broader fundraising efforts.
Requirements:
- A proven leader in major gifts and/or philanthropic campaigns, with a strong track record of building trust, cultivating high-level relationships, and delivering results.
- Postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience, with a focus on strategic planning, relationship-building, and project management.
- A demonstrated ability to drive ambitious fundraising strategies and contribute to a values-led culture where meaningful donor relationships are built.
