About the role

As Philanthropy Manager, reporting to the Executive Director, you will grow donation and bequest opportunities and cultivate strategic philanthropic alliances with individuals, corporates and trusts, while stewarding and developing the ongoing donor journey. You'll help raise the profile of McClelland to drive philanthropic support and contribute to the business development strategy.

For this high-level role, you will need extensive experience in managing philanthropy at a senior level and be able to operate at senior level. You will bring sound communications and relationship management skills, and ideally be tertiary qualified. An understanding of the role of the Arts in the community would be well regarded.
