Hospital Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as a Hospital Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the delivery of quality clinical outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet patients and other customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Liaise with nursing staff to provide accurate information to relatives regarding timeframes of surgical patients.
- Prepare patient files and coordinate with other ward clerks to obtain ward patient files.
- Medical record filing and distribution of discharge summaries, x-ray and pathology results.
- Provide clerical support to the NUM and nursing staff.
- Liaison with allied health, wardspersons and other hospital departments when required to facilitate patient treatments or transfers.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Well organized, able to prioritize, plan ahead and work under pressure.
- Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Webpas Medical System).
- Previous front line customer service experience.
- Experience with medical terminology would be advantageous.
