About the Role

As a Project Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating site activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope. This includes monitoring project performance, adjusting plans as needed, and providing on-site reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate site activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety standards.
  • Maintain strong communication with project managers, trades, and contractors to meet key milestones.
  • Lead by example in promoting a safe work environment and WHS standards.
  • Develop resource planning and scheduling strategies to optimize project progress.
Requirements
  • Educated to a trade level or equivalent experience in an electrical field.
  • Minimum five years relevant on-site experience in a project environment, preferably in construction.
  • Prior experience with resource planning and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
