Job Title

An IT Service Delivery Specialist role is available in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

About the Job

This role plays a critical part in driving and coordinating ITSM practices across the Technology Office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for embedding and maintaining best-practice ITIL processes, monitoring service performance, and facilitating service reporting.

They will also support process maturity initiatives to uplift the quality and reliability of IT services within the Technology Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a structured Incident Management process to resolve incidents efficiently
  • Coordinate response efforts and maintain effective communication with stakeholders
  • Deliver proactive and reactive Problem Management activities to resolve recurring issues
  • Manage the change control queue to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
  • Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets to optimize utilization and reduce costs
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years' experience operating in a mature ITSM function with a strong focus on incident, problem, change, and asset management
  • ITIL v3 foundation certified and v4 foundation certificate (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience with IT service management tools and ITIL frameworks
  • Demonstrated understanding of ITIL principles and their practical application in improving service delivery
  • Experience with end-to-end service mapping and managing a Service Catalogue
  • Proven ability to lead and support change initiatives by promoting ITSM best practices and driving process improvements
