Job Title: Aged Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Aged Care Professional. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a multidisciplinary environment and providing high-quality care to residents.

The successful candidate will have a firm yet caring nature and be able to demonstrate previous experience working in aged care, preferably in a geriatric or similar setting. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including intermediate computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical care to residents within the facility
  • Work across a rotating fortnightly roster which includes both day and night shifts
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and support for less experienced clinicians and support workers

Requirements:
  • Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
  • Full working rights to work in Australia
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience working as a Registered Nurse (in addition to graduate placements)
