We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Registered Nurse to join our team in the Katherine West region of the Northern Territory. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Aboriginal cultural values and a commitment to advancing the self-determination of Aboriginal communities.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Mental Health Registered Nurse to make a positive difference in the lives of people in the Katherine West region. As a key member of our Primary Health Care team, you will work closely with us to promote excellence in clinical standards and quality of care.
Job Responsibilities- Provide culturally safe mental health care services to people of all ages in the Katherine West region.
- Demonstrate high professional practice and clinical knowledge at all times.
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments, risk assessments, emergency support, treatment, and case management services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
