Remote Aged Care Clinical Lead

Registered Nurse
Job Description:This role involves providing clinical care to residents in a residential facility. The nurse will work across a rotating fortnightly roster, with responsibility for delivering high-quality clinical and team leadership, supervision, and support for less experienced clinicians and care workers.
The ideal candidate will possess a firm yet compassionate approach to patient care, with experience working in remote aged care environments. A background in geriatric or aged care nursing is highly desirable.
Remuneration includes a penalty-driven hourly rate commensurate with an Aged Care Registered Nurse Level 2. Additionally, employees are eligible for a $50K bonus after two years of service. Housing is fully subsidised as part of the remuneration package.
