About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to provide clinical care to residents within our facility. As a Registered Nurse, you will work across a rotating fortnightly roster that includes both day and night shifts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality clinical care to our residents
  • Work effectively in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural care team
  • Provide leadership, supervision and support for less experienced clinicians and support workers
  • Demonstrate previous experience as a skilled Registered Nurse with preference to geriatric or aged care environment

Requirements:

  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
  • Full working rights to work in Australia
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience working as a Registered Nurse
  • Knowledge of contemporary nursing practices
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural care team
  • Experienced in effective interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Penalty driven hourly rate of an Aged Care Registered Nurse Level 2 - $46.20 - $48.52 / hour ($91,290 - $95,850 PA) gross base + hourly $50K bonus
