To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong demonstrated experience in data analysis, forecasting, and workforce planning.
  • Experience with predictive modelling, time series forecasting (ARIMA, STL, ETS), A/B testing, spatial analytics, workforce optimisation (linear programming).
  • Display an understanding of quantitative activities such as scenario forecast modelling and workforce analytics to generate actionable value-add insights from complex data.
  • Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or industry experience in computer science, statistics, mathematics, workforce planning, contact centre or related disciplines.
  • Possess knowledge of Financial Services industry and/or Banking Operations.
