Senior Demand Planner Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Demand Planner to join our team and contribute to our high-performing demand planning processes.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with Sales and Marketing to manage forecasts, uncover insights, and influence outcomes across various channels.

  • Owning and optimizing demand planning processes from new product launches to promotional forecasting.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to align assumptions, challenge plans, and drive forecast accuracy.
  • Leading scenario planning and root cause analysis to support agile decision-making.
  • Representing demand planning in key meetings, bridging the gap between supply chain and sales.
  • Taking ownership of strategic processes like NPD, S&OE, or long-term forecasting, rotating quarterly.

About You

  • You understand your stakeholders and build effective relationships to achieve business objectives.
  • You can interpret complex data and have experience manipulating statistical models to improve overall forecast performance.
  • You're adept in SAP and can help drive technological innovation.
  • You can discuss changes within the demand environment and relate them back to real business impact.
  • You simplify complex data and convey insights across stakeholders, especially the Commercial team.
  • You're capable of transforming processes, people, and technology based on a well-constructed understanding of the problem.
  • You thrive in a collaborative, high-performing environment and contribute to a culture built on mutual respect and shared success.
