
Forecasting Specialist

As a Graduate Demand Planner, you will be responsible for supporting the forecasting of product demand and working alongside experienced planners and cross-functional teams to ensure optimal product availability. This role is ideal for individuals who value analysis and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to support the development of demand forecasts.
- Learn and apply basic forecasting techniques and tools under the guidance of senior planners.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to understand factors influencing demand.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the identification of potential risks and opportunities related to demand variability.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A recent Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong Excel skills and an interest in learning forecasting tools.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for solving problems and improving processes.
