We are seeking a professional to manage a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims in Perth. The role involves delivering high-quality services, working collaboratively with clients and the broader team to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deal efficiently with client inquiries
- Contribute to planning and delivery of relationship management through regular and constructive communications with clients
- Visit clients and legal providers regularly
- Provide end-to-end claims management
- Submit claims reports as required
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in insurance claims, particularly in Workers Compensation, as well as strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. They will also have computer literacy, including intermediate skills in MS Excel, Outlook & Word, good negotiation skills and ability to influence positive outcomes.
