We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims, delivering high-quality claims management services and working collaboratively with clients to produce cost-effective outcomes.
- Deal efficiently with client inquiries
- Contribute to planning and delivery of relationship management through regular and constructive communications with clients
- Visit clients and legal providers regularly
- Provide end-to-end claims management
- Submit claims reports as required
This is a senior role that requires the ability to manage complex claims and make liability decisions. You will be responsible for interpreting relevant acts and regulations, including the Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023 (WA) and the Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Regulations 2024 (WA).
- Developing and implementing effective claims management strategies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in insurance claims and workers compensation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workloads
- Self-motivation and organisational skills essential
