Injury Claims Manager

We are seeking an experienced claims professional to manage a portfolio of complex workers' compensation claims from inception to settlement.
The ideal candidate will work closely with injured workers, employers, brokers, legal vendors and regulators to deliver timely, cost-effective and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective case strategies and evaluations.
- Manage reserves, escalate issues when needed and ensure all claims activities meet governance and legislative requirements.
- Represent the organization at resolution meetings and contribute to continuous improvement and strategic priorities across the team.
This role requires strong technical skills, sound knowledge of Western Australia Workers' Compensation legislation and experience working within statutory schemes.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in Workers' Compensation claims.
- Strong technical skills and injury management expertise.
- Sound knowledge of Western Australia Workers' Compensation legislation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting vulnerable customers.
