About the JobFollowing a period of sustained growth, we are seeking an experienced, customer focused individual to join the team as a Claims Consultant on a permanent full-time basis.
Based in our Midland WA office, you will be part of a close-knit team supporting our Insurance Brokers/Account Managers and clients in their times of need.
As Claims Consultant, you will:Manage end-to-end claims processes, including lodgment, analysis, and settlements.Deliver excellent service for clients and suppliers, by providing timely and accurate updates over the phone and e-mail.Resolving claims in an effective and efficient manner while complying with regulatory requirements and internal standards.Maintain an active and effective diary system for allocated claims.Establish and maintain effective relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including clients, brokers, service providers, and insurers.Actively identify and support the management of complaints and breaches in line with company processes and codes of practice.Identify and escalate opportunities for continuous improvement.About youAs the ideal candidate, you will be a confident and engaging individual looking to build your career in the Insurance Industry.
In addition, you will bring with you:Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualification in Insurance Broking (essential).
Experience within the insurance industry, ideally with exposure to claims management across a broad range of products including workers compensation (essential).
A passion for building and maintaining effective relationships with a diverse range of customers.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills.A strong attention to the details with a knack for using technology and systems.A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or collaboratively based on the situation at hand.A willingness to learn and to support others around you.Why Us?
